| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pei''s Wenshen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure ( CRF ) with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and turbidity toxin stasis syndrome, and its effect on renal function, inflammatory factors and TCM syndromes.Methods From September 2025 to March 2026, 80 CRF patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency and turbidity-toxin stasis syndrome admitted to the Department of Nephrology of our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hemodialysis, and the observation group was treated with Pei''s Wenshen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, renal function indexes (serum creatinine Scr, urea nitrogen BUN, uric acid UA, endogenous creatinine clearance rate Ccr), inflammatory factors (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10), TCM syndrome scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of the observation group were 97.50 % and 72.50 % respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group ( 72.50 % and 45.00 % ) (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and UA in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the level of Ccr was significantly increased, and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the level of IL-10 was significantly increased. The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM symptoms such as soreness and weakness of waist and knees, aversion to cold and cold limbs, lassitude, dysuria, limb edema, nausea and anorexia, abdominal distension, dizziness and tinnitus in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared (P>0.05). Conclusion Pei''s Wenshen Xiezhuo Jiedu Decoction combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of CRF with spleen and kidney yang deficiency and turbidity toxin stasis syndrome can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the renal function of patients, regulate the inflammatory response, alleviate the TCM syndrome, and has good safety. |
