| 【】目的 分析当今大学生阳虚体质比例,同时检测大学生阳虚体质者经络能量值。方法 采用横断面调查方法对在校大学生进行中医体质测评,利用中医经络检测仪对其中阳虚体质者进行经络检测。结果 大学生偏颇体质分布依次为以阳虚质、气虚质、阴虚质、湿热质等；阳虚体质十二正经汇总,阳虚体质的经络能量值低或较低的数量居多；与平和质比较,阳虚体质人群的大肠经、胃经、肾经能量值偏低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；脾经、膀胱经能量值偏高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 当今大学生普遍体质处于偏颇状态,而其中以阳虚体质居多,阳虚体质大学生的经络能量值总体上处于低或较低的水平。 |

| Objective: To analyze the proportion of Yang deficiency constitution among contemporary college students and to measure the meridian energy values of those with Yang deficiency constitution. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted to assess the TCM constitutions of college students on campus, and the meridian energy values of those with Yang deficiency constitution were measured using a TCM meridian detector. Results: The distribution of TCM constitutions among college students was in the order of Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, and damp-heat, etc. Among the twelve main meridians of those with Yang deficiency constitution, the number of low or relatively low meridian energy values was predominant. Compared with the balanced constitution, the energy values of the Large Intestine Meridian, Stomach Meridian, and Kidney Meridian in the Yang deficiency constitution group were lower, with statistically significant differences (P< 0.01). The energy values of the Spleen Meridian and Bladder Meridian were higher, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). Conclusion: The majority of contemporary college students have a biased constitution, with Yang deficiency being the most common. The meridian energy values of college students with Yang deficiency constitution are generally at a low or relatively low level. |
