| 目的 探讨中医药治疗肺磨玻璃结节研究热点与前沿趋势。方法 检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库收录建库以来至2025年9月14日中医药治疗肺磨玻璃结节相关研究文献,EndNote X9软件去重并管理文献,运用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件进行发文量、作者、机构、关键词共现分析及关键词聚类、时间线、突现分析。结果 共纳入文献170篇,发文量呈稳定上升趋势；发文量最高作者为张晓梅,该领域已形成以张晓梅、王林洋、王洪武为代表的3个核心团队；发文量最高机构为北京中医药大学；当前研究热点为数据挖掘、中医证型,且可能为该领域今后发展方向。结论 中医药治疗肺磨玻璃结节尚处在发展阶段,研究热点演变与临床实践需求紧密结合, 未来应在坚守中医理论内核的基础上,积极运用现代信息学与药理学方法,推动研究向机制阐释与系统化方向创新发展。 |

| Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontier trends of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules. Methods Relevant research literature on the treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules with TCM from the establishment of the databases to September 14, 2025, were retrieved from CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang databases. The literature was de-duplicated and managed using EndNote X9 software. CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was used for co-occurrence analysis of publication volume, authors, institutions, and Keywords, as well as keyword clustering, timeline, and burst analysis. Results A total of 170 articles were included. The publication volume showed a stable upward trend. The author with the highest publication volume was Zhang Xiaomei, and three core teams have been formed in this field, represented by Zhang Xiaomei, Wang Linyang, and Wang Hongwu. The institution with the highest publication volume was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The current research hotspots are data mining and TCM syndrome types, which may be the future development directions of this field. Conclusion The treatment of pulmonary ground-glass nodules with TCM is still in the development stage. The evolution of research hotspots is closely combined with clinical practice needs. In the future, on the basis of adhering to the core of TCM theory, modern informatics and pharmacological methods should be actively applied to promote the innovative development of research towards mechanism explanation and systematization. |
