| 目的:探究穴位埋线联合火龙罐治疗脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖的临床疗效及对糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法将张家港市第六人民医院针灸推拿理疗科2025年3—2026年5月收治的60例肥胖患者,分为两组各30例。对照组采用穴位埋线治疗,每2周1次,试验组在此基础上加用火龙罐,每2周1次,两组均治疗6次。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、身体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比、体脂率、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、不良反应。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率更高(P＜0.05),两组中医证候积分、身体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比、体脂率、FBG、FINS、TC、TG、LDL-C均降低,试验组均低于对照组(P＜0.05),HDL-C均升高,试验组高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论:穴位埋线联合火龙罐治疗脾肾阳虚型肥胖可有效减重,改善糖脂代谢,治疗安全性高,值得进一步探究。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding combined with fire dragon cupping in treating simple obesity with spleen-kidney yang deficiency pattern and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods:According to the random number table method, 60 obese patients admitted to the Acupuncture, Massage and Physiotherapy Department of Zhangjiagang Sixth People"s Hospital from 2025 to May 2026 were divided into two groups of 30 cases each.. The control group received acupoint catgut embedding alone, while the trial group received fire dragon cupping in addition to acupoint catgut embedding. Both groups were treated for three months. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), body fat rate (BFR), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting insulin (FINS), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and adverse reactions were compared. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate in the trial group was significantly higher(P<0.05). The TCM syndrome scores, BMI, WC, WHR, BFR, FBG, FINS, TC, TG, and LDL-C were all decreased in both groups, and the reductions in the trial group were significantly greater (P<0.05). The HDL-C level was increased in both groups, and the increase in the trial group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding combined with fire dragon cupping can effectively reduce body weight and improve glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency type obesity, with high therapeutic safety, warranting further investigation. |
