| This article is based on the theory proposed by Zhang Zhongjing in "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" that "the obsession with internal organs is not limited", and explores the academic experience of Professor Huang Ying, a gynecologist from the Liu family in Jingchu, in treating lower genital diseases from the perspective of blood stasis. The underlying disease is mainly caused by dampness, which often intertwines with blood stasis and is difficult to cure. By tracing the theoretical origins of "persistent visceral obsession", it is pointed out that its pathogenesis is the blockage of blood stasis in the uterus, the cementation of dampness and heat, which leads to the imbalance of the genitalia and causes abnormalities in the quantity, color, and quality of the lower genitalia. Professor Huang Ying innovatively proposed the treatment of gynecological diseases from the perspective of "blood stasis", providing new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, highlighting the value of combining classical theory with clinical practice, and providing guidance for improving the recurrence rate and prognosis of gynecological diseases.A verified case is attached for corroboration. |
