| ［］目的 观察八段锦联合耳穴压豆对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）术后活动耐力、癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法 将236例NSCLC术后患者随机分为联合组、八段锦组、耳穴压豆组、对照组（各59例），对照组予常规康复宣教，干预组加用相应干预12周，评价6MWD、CFS及FACT-L。结果 218例完成研究；第4、12周联合组6MWD、CFS、FACT-L改善均优于对照组（均P<0.001），随访3个月6MWD仍占优，无不良事件。结论 八段锦联合耳穴压豆可改善NSCLC术后活动耐力，减轻疲乏，提高生活质量，安全性好。 |

| Objective To observe the effects of Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure on postoperative activity tolerance, cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods A total of 236 NSCLC patients after surgery were randomly divided into combined, Baduanjin, auricular acupressure and control groups (n=59 each). The control group received routine rehabilitation education, and the intervention groups additionally received corresponding interventions for 12 weeks. The 6-minute walking distance (6MWD), Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) and FACT-L were assessed. Results A total of 218 patients completed the study. At week 4 and 12, the combined group showed significantly greater improvements in 6MWD, CFS and FACT-L than the control group (P<0.001); the advantage in 6MWD was maintained at 3-month follow-up (P<0.001). No adverse events occurred. Conclusion Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure can effectively improve postoperative activity tolerance, reduce cancer-related fatigue and enhance quality of life in NSCLC patients, with good safety. |
