| Objective To explore the application effect of Wentong scrapping therapy combined with bone setting manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods 60 patients with CSR admitted to the non drug treatment center of our hospital from January 2025 to may 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given bone setting manipulation and ordinary scrapping therapy,while the observation group was changed from ordinary scrapping to Wentong scrapping therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the pain scores (NRS), cervical spine function scores (NDI), clinical symptom scores (headache, numbness), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores, and treatment efficacy between the two groups.Results After treatment, both the NRS and NDI scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the headache and numbness symptom scores, as well as the PSQI score, in the experimental group were also lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the overall effective rates in the two groups were 96.67% and 80.00%, respectively, with the experimental group demonstrating the best outcome (P<0.05).Conclusion Wentong scraping therapy combined with bone setting manipulation can effectively relieve the pain of patients with CSR,improve cervical function,and relieve headache,numbness and insomnia symptoms,and its curative effect is better than that of ordinary scraping therapy. |
