Cervical spondylosis is a chronic degenerative disease characterized by cervical spine degeneration, with clinical manifestations such as neck and shoulder pain, upper limb numbness, and dizziness, severely affecting patients" quality of life. Based on the theory of "simultaneous attention to bone and tendon" and decades of clinical experience, Professor Yao Gonghe proposes that cervical spondylosis belongs to the syndrome of "deficiency as the root and obstruction as the manifestation, with both obstruction and deficiency coexisting." He emphasizes the pathological interaction between tendon constriction and bone obstruction, advocating the treatment principle of "relaxing tendons, correcting bones, and tonifying the liver and kidney." This article systematically summarizes Professor Yao"s clinical experience in differentiating and treating cervical spondylosis, including the concept of "simultaneous attention to bone and tendon," pathological analysis, syndrome differentiation, and prescription strategies, supported by typical medical cases, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis in traditional Chinese medicine. |
