En Abstract:
Based on a theoretical analysis of medical education reform and a systematic review of national policy texts, this paper innovatively proposes a "four-dimensional integration" training model for Xixue Zhong talent cultivation. This model first emphasizes the tree-network integration of knowledge systems, achieving an organic connection between the disciplinary logic of Western medicine and the holistic concepts of Chinese medicine. Secondly, it focuses on cross-paradigm thinking training, cultivating students'' dialectical thinking ability between reductionism and holism. Thirdly, it constructs a virtual-real integrated clinical practice platform, enhancing clinical competency through the combination of intelligent simulation and traditional clinical apprenticeships. Lastly, it innovates the medical humanities cultivation model by integrating the Chinese medicine concept of medical ethics with modern medical humanistic spirit. From theoretical construction to practical pathways, this study systematically explores the paradigm shift in cultivating integrated Chinese-Western medical talents, providing an operational and systematic solution for building a modernized medical education system with Chinese characteristics. It carries substantial theoretical value and practical significance for nurturing a new generation of interdisciplinary medical professionals.
