En Abstract:
With the continuous deepening of modern medicine"s research on the pathogenesis of tumor diseases, therapies such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy continue to innovate. However, although traditional Chinese medicine explains the occurrence and development of tumors based on the theory of hidden evil, deficiency of positive energy, and cancer toxicity, it has not yet formed an original innovative theory of deep integration between Chinese and Western medicine. The pre Qin military thought and traditional Chinese medicine theory share the same origin in Chinese traditional culture, sharing the thinking paradigms of "holistic view" and "dialectical view", and have a profound influence on the construction of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the formation of treatment principles and methods. This article takes military thinking as the starting point, first analyzing the inherent relationship between military thinking and traditional Chinese medicine theory, clarifying the similarities between the two in terms of philosophical foundation, practical application, and prevention concepts; Then summarize the five core characteristics of endogeneity, pathological determinacy, autonomous behavior, fatal complications, and symbiotic outcomes in tumor diseases; Further compare the differences in the understanding of tumors between traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and explore the fusion basis between the two in terms of micro and macro complementarity, diagnostic model construction, and consensus on efficacy evaluation; Finally, a research framework of "qualitative strategy prediction" was constructed to classify tumors as "traitors". From five dimensions of early intervention "attacking and strategizing", supporting the body strategy "nurturing troops and accumulating strength", dispelling evil strategy "winning by surprise", dealing with complications "adapting to the enemy", and strengthening the foundation under the "protracted war" program, a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment strategy was proposed. The development direction of modern medicine "gene oriented individualization", traditional Chinese medicine oncology "micro mechanism objectification", and "deep collaboration" between traditional Chinese and Western medicine were also discussed, providing new theoretical perspectives and practical paths for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of tumors.
